The current dev-haskell/gtk2hs in the portage tree is outdated.

The new version of gtk2hs comes with a significantly changed API and the package has been split up into many smaller packages.

The haskell team should;

- add each of these new packages to portage (available in the overlay)
- verify minimum version of ghc
- optional: make a meta ebuild gtk2hs to pull in all of the smaller packages
