I just emerged the last stable (amd64) net-fs/autofs-5.0.4-r5, and portage reported that:

 * QA Notice: Files built without respecting LDFLAGS have been detected

I updated the patch autofs-5.0.4-user-ldflags-and-as-needed-v2.patch

Thank you Cyprien. With the help of you patch I've updated autofs-5.0.5-respect-user-flags-and-fix-asneeded.patch and this problem should became fixed with next bump. Adding dependency on relevant bug.

Fixed in 5.0.5-r1.
