upstream is dead and has been replaced by sys-kernel/dracut: http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/rpms/mkinitrd/devel/dead.package?view=log please mask+punt mkinitrd from our tree for the same reason (we already have dracut in portage). i wouldnt sweat the KEYWORD differences.
Can you pick a version of dracut to mark stable-x86? Right now, there's no where to go for stable users. Thanks.

Thanks. > Current stable mkinitrd-3.5.7-r3 doesn't compile against current stable glibc-2.10.1-r1 (bails out on conflicting types for ‘strndup’) so there was "no where to go" even with mkinitrd, you must have used package.keywords just to get it compiled. Therefore, no rush in stabilizing dracut, i'd want to see bug 324705 solved and give it good testing before.
feel free to request a version of dracut for stabilization

No package.keywords for this package. Not a heavy user of this app, no panic/rush/urgency at all here. Thanks.
gone. use dracut.
