Typos in var name. 
It can get ${sapi} from global scope, but it must  to use the local var ${phpsapi}

Hello Vladimir, 

please add the category/package-version as first parts of the summary. We cannot always use google or crystal balls to determine the package as dev-lang/php.

Um, there's no src_compile-v2.eblit anymore. I switched it to -v1 only, as we're just starting with eblits - no need for a v2 if v1 is unused.

There seem to be issues with the current src_compile, but they are better addressed in another bug.
