Description Andrey Kislyuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-03-28 20:57:30 UTC
Please stabilize sci-biology/infernal-1.0.2.
Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams

amd64 stable

Build without any problems on a stable x86 system (FEATURES contain test and collision-protect) for with and without "mpi" USE flag.

Only thing that I encountered was:
 * QA Notice: make jobserver unavailable:
 *
 * make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Add `+' to parent make rule.
 * make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Add `+' to parent make rule.

 * make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Add `+' to parent make rule.

I'll post these in a new bug.

If nobody has problems with that I suggest to mark stable for x86.
