Bug 307149 – media-libs/phonon-4.3.80-r1[xine,-xcb] ebuild fails

It appears that there is a dependency on the xcb library anyway, although xine-lib (and my whole system) is built with -xcb.

The main build error is this:  (complete log will be attached)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Build media-libs/phonon with xine,-xcb.  xcb lib is not installed on system.
