I have just noticed that inkscape-0.46 has been removed from the tree. Please reconsider this removal as I experience a segfault regression as reported here:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/511577

The regression has been confirmed. This problem is not present with version 0.46.

The bug has been fixed and is going to be released with 0.48.1. In the meantime I have extracted the patch for 0.48.0

inkscape-0.48.1 has been proposed for stabilization in bug 387199; that would resolve this as well.
