Can you run `TEST_VERBOSE=1 emerge grepmail`?

I think I asked this before, but wouldn't it possible to have a way to set the Perl tests to always verbose?

and I replied: "Add TEST_VERBOSE=1 to your env".

Fixed. Finally. Patch recycled from debian.
