Bump thunderbird-bin-3.0 to rc1.
Included ebuild is just a simple rename of beta4 ebuild with a minor change.

Armin if you would please remove mozilla-launcher functions so we can depreciate the eclass, all current builds have already dumped the mozilla-launcher eclass and allow build system to handle setting symlinks.

I am reworking the ebuild a bit to remove mozilla launcher, we have deprecated mozilla-launcher and need to address the issues in current ebuild before bump is made.

This enables our default prefs which handle locale support as well as basic settings.

Is there some reason it is still masked in /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask unlike the non-binary ebuild?
