As it's now out - new Kdevelop4 beta6 (it's already in kde-testing overlay) - has PHP plugin. As we are dropping KDE3 from main tree, KDevelop4 with PHP plugin could be good replacement for Quanta3 for now.

So I request those new ebuilds.

Please test kdevelop-plugins from kde overlay.
