I think that doc USE flag should be used only to enable/disable documentation installed while gtkdoc should be used to indicate rebuilding documentation. Rationale: - Consistency - Rebuilding docs is sometimes rather long. If someone wants to have full docs and doesn't want to rebuild them (s)he should have doc enabled and gtkdoc disabled - In some cases (Some versions from gnome overlay of: gnome-extra/evolution-data-server, gnome-base/gnome-keyring, dev-libs/glib, gnome-extra/gtkhtml, net-im/empathy) - For minimal systems documentation should not be installed Reproducible: Always
