The lastest stable version of mediawiki need he testing version of postgresql

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install postgresql
2. Install mediawiki
3. Configure mediawiki

Actual Results:  
Mediawiki showing:

Checking the version of Postgres...FAILED. Required version is 8.1. You have 8.0 (PostgreSQL 8.0.15 on i686-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by GCC i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.1))

We'll rise dependency as soon as newer versions of postgresql became stable. I don't think it's practical to drop postgresql support from ebuild now and revert it back as soon as newer versions will be stabilized.

Closing as we only have >=postgresql-8.1 in the tree now.
