sci-physics/root installs an Emacs lisp support file root-help.el unconditionally, without honouring the "emacs" USE flag. Furthermore, it is installed directly in /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/ whereas by our policy it should go to a subdirectory.

Patch will follow.

overlay.
