Again missing headers.

Steps to reproduce:
1. echo "=sci-biology/mummer-3.20" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. USE="" emerge -v1 =sci-biology/mummer-3.20

The error messages:
1.
> show-diff.cc: In function 'void PrintDiff(DeltaGraph_t&)':
> show-diff.cc:169: error: 'sort' was not declared in this scope
> show-diff.cc:265: error: 'sort' was not declared in this scope

My emerge --info: as in the bug 226663, comment 2.
