Again missing headers.

Steps to reproduce:
1. USE="debug" emerge -v1 =games-board/pouetchess-0.2.0-r1

The error messages:
1.
src/sxmlgui/XMLUtils.h:275: error: 'strncpy' was not declared in this scope

I include the patch.
