EDIT your ebuild and type: ebuild /usr/portage/kde-base/kdelibs/kdelibs-4.0.4.ebuild manifest
or something like this

kde will take the bug to svn, so we can fix it with the patch or wait for a new version of kdelibs ;)

Upstream bug has beed fixed long time ago and we have newer packages in the tree.
