When emeging KDE, while kdelibs-3.1.2 is emerging it will error out and crash 
the emerge.  This emerge was done directly after a fresh install of gentoo and 
emerging xfree.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kde
2. wait
3.

Actual Results:  
g++: Internal error: Segmentation fault (program cc1plus)
