Patches a problem in libXi when using XinitThreads, this problem results in some
gtk+ applications (eg. Totem) hanging when used with xinput support enabled,
which in it's turn is needed for correct usage of for example tablets.

See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111349 for more info, i have been
running with this patch for for a few days now and it seems ok. I can confirm it
solves the problem with gtk+-2 enabling xinput .

added to patch 1.1.5 in xfree-4.3.0-r2 so it is current now.
