konqueror does not play flash 9 - youtube for example. It presents empty rectangles but no play! This problem remains since long time ago. I tried several suggestions from the gentoo fora without any success. I am reporting now because I tried yesterday the new KDE4 with an empty new ~/home dir and it also presents the same symptoms! opera also has the same symptoms except it does not present any console output. firefox works pretty fine and always did.
