As the summary states, partysip-2.2.3 fails to compile with libosip-3.0.3.2 installed.  The system in question is running with the ~x86 keyword.  The complete output of "emerge -v partysip" will be posted as an attachment shortly.  While the output of emerge info will show an overlay as being defined, both the libosip and partysip ebuilds are from the actual portage tree and no custom ebuild for any version of either package exist in the overlay.
