partysip has no problem interacting with sys-libs/db-4.5

It needs to DEPEND on =net-libs/libosip-2*, since the API changed in >=libosip-3. The compile error for that is in bug 206464.

If noone wants the hazzle of dealing with a package where upstream has declared the project dead[1], I'd seriously consider punting the package.

If I didn't make it clear in the above, the DEPEND for sys-libs/db should be >=sys-libs/db-3.2
