now supports -d
a dyanamically generated -i

also a couple of tidy ups. not including the wget patch
as wget might not exist on the system

mirrorselect with -i + -o

added -o, this is to go along for bug 18111, allowing only GENTOO_MIRROR output
on -a -s3 -o (for example) to make it suitable to be used in the install from
the livecd.
ie: before chrooting, mirrorselect -a -s5 -o >> /mnt/gentoo/etc/make.conf
