ipw3945-1.2.1 is hard masked because it is "broken". I can confirm that 1.2.1 works perfectly with an IBM Thinkpad T60p. Reopening as 1.2.1 fixes an issue in 1.2.0 that causes a kernel oops when disabling rf_kill, leaving you with an ipw3945 that you cannot bring out of software rf_kill. Should also fix issue reported in bug 168958.
