Check out the attached ebuild. Compile seems to fail with -O3 in CXXFLAGS, at least for me (-march=i586 -O3 -pipe, gcc-3.2.2). Ebuild changes -O3 to -O2. If you want to try out -O3 just comment out the appropriate line in ebuild. ChangeLog and few days older ebuild can be found at http://www.kruu.org/jvtm/portage/x11-wm/pekwm-cvs/

-O3 should be working again with latest CVS. ( Please report such things to me if it happens again )
live cvs versions are interesting, but i'm afraid i won't commit one for pekwm. keep it in your PORTDIR_OVERLAY. latest stable release is 1.3 and that's what's currently in portage.
No problem, I'm always using CVS from ~/pkg . Still, next time an issue like this arises please report it upstreams to me. And latest is 0.1.3.
