The attached tarball contains the portage directory for the gpsim package
(version 0.20.14). gpsim is an excellent simulator for the Microchip PIC 
microcontrollers. I believe it should go in the dev-util category, although I'm 
not 100% sure about that. Bug #15035 is related to this one, although I don't
think it is essential to upgrade gputils before adding gpsim (just preferable).
