gcc internal errors/segfaults are usually caused by too-high CFLAGS, unstable hardware (overclocking, memory problems) unstable software (problematic build env.) etc... You should try changing various build parametrers until something "jolts" this situation. Anyway, please give us a statu update or we'll close this.
