Description Brady Catherman 2005-11-30 19:11:33 UTC
I have no clue what this program does. I was asked to install it on our cluster
so I went ahead and made an ebuild for it.

This package has a fetch restriction.

(From the packages webpage)
RepeatMasker is a program that screens DNA sequences for interspersed repeats
and low complexity DNA sequences. The output of the program is a detailed
annotation of the repeats that are present in the query sequence as well as a
modified version of the query sequence in which all the annotated repeats have
been masked (default: replaced by Ns). It requiers an executable called
cross_match to run. Cross_match can be found in another application called
Phrap. Both Repeatmasker and Phrap have limited availablty.

(Phrap was submitted a bit ago)
