I have no clue what this program does. I was asked to install it on our cluster so I went ahead and made an ebuild for it. This package has a fetch restriction. (From the packages webpage) RepeatMasker is a program that screens DNA sequences for interspersed repeats and low complexity DNA sequences. The output of the program is a detailed annotation of the repeats that are present in the query sequence as well as a modified version of the query sequence in which all the annotated repeats have been masked (default: replaced by Ns). It requiers an executable called cross_match to run. Cross_match can be found in another application called Phrap. Both Repeatmasker and Phrap have limited availablty. (Phrap was submitted a bit ago)

Andrey: The ebuild in sunrise is looking Ok. However it is fetch restricted (with registration requirement), so I'll skip to the next bug. You can process it yourself when you get full dev status ;). Arranging deps and reassigning to myself for the recruitment period. George
Version 3.2.5 now available in the science overlay.
