This bug will be used to track packages where we omitted (disabled for multilib) some of the features/libraries due to circular dependencies. We will need to revisit those ebuilds once the relevant dependency is converted as well.

Let's make this clear: you open a bug against this tracker once you commit a multilib package that has some dependency disabled because it's not multilib yet.
