This package does not support Python 3.11. Please test it with Python 3.11 as a matter of urgency as the default will change in early June, as per message on gentoo-dev: https://archives.gentoo.org/gentoo-dev/message/abb5788ea81c7bbf4d40a2995b682eb9. Please check the information provided in the tracker. Ask in #gentoo-python on IRC if need any help.
The default has changed and I had to remove apitrace in order to get rid of python 3.10 on my system.
Ping. Python 3.11 is now default.
i tried to bump this one but i failed. the latest is 11.1. i came across two issues, one being media-libs/waffle not providing cmake file, the other one is that the brotli unbundle patch does not work for 11.1 anymore. the waffle issue is probably even with the current version.

Still needs a bump, but this is just a quick drive-by and have no intention to look at this myself.
