Try to emerge net-misc/owncloud-client-2.6.0.13018 and it fails. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync

3. See net-misc/owncloud-client-2.6.0.13018 fail to emerge

Thanks for the report, the build flag for testing changed name, and if we use the legacy one (any value), it enabled tests all the time!
