It just kind of started happening all of a sudden... so it may have been the upgrade to Frameworks 5.45.0, or it may have been something else. OK, this is a pretty minor bug, but it is annoying the hell out of me. It may turn out to be misconfiguration, so I apologize in advance if it is.

Also... the scroll bars on my root Konsole window look strangely dark/black. This started happening at the same time.
I created a new user, same problem.
After looking through my emerge log, I thought to try downgrading mesa back to 17.3 and... voila, bug disappeared!
