sci-chemistry/mongochem depends on sci-libs/vtk[qt4], which in turn depends on dead and vulnerable qtwebkit which we'd like to remove soon. Upstream git has been ported to Qt 5 but I can't get it to build, so unless it can be fixed it might be time to last rite this package.
