since accounts can't be deleted, here's some alternatives (can be used together): - add "DO NOT USE" or "OBSOLETE" to the names - disable the account -- this prevents the acct from showing up in the autocompletion, but people can still type it out - change the e-mail address to something like "dead+<oldname>@localhost.invalid" the first can be done by adding yourself to the alias and requesting a password reset and then just making the change, but the latter two really need an admin to do it. for a list of accounts to disable, see the bug dep list.
