It has its problems, but the new version is at least newer and better than the current stable. Many tests are run during creation of the docs, so if you can build it, you have tested it.

Still no activity regarding arm or x86. Is anyone using these architectures? If not, pruning them from KEYWORDS would resolve this issue.

That there is no stabilization does not mean that there are no users of the ~x86, ~arm packages. It's not useful to remove those keywords.
Ok, just tried it to test for x86, but I think I got stuck at bug #573868 (sci-mathematics/flint build fails due to a segfault). This blocks me from continuing this bug. Please advice.
