Just checked the ebuild for bopm 3.1.3 and it's creating /var/run/bopm However gentoo doesn't do that anymore, instead maintaining a /run tmpfs Just do what anope does Reproducible: Always
It should actually use /run instead of /var/run
Well that should actually be both. Both: * use /run instead of /var/run * create /run/bopm at runtime with the initscript, instead of creating it at install time with the ebuild

Oops, the other bug should have been marked duplicate of this, but I already “fixed” that one. Fix is in bomp-3.1.3-r1. I’ll drop the broken bopm-3.1.3 in a month, or anyone may if they want. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 562032 ***
