Ebuild for pine-4.60.

An ebuild for pine-4.60. Maildir support is now included in the chappa-all
patch. A few of the other patches are no longer needed or are not ported
(ipv6). The imap-4.7c2-flock.patch needs to be updated.

Anyone had the time to take a look at this one yet? This version plus the chappa-all patch resolves also bug 23232, bug 28877 and bug 48273.
Comment 4 Grant Goodyear (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-08 16:31:07 UTC
Thanks!

Added to CVS.

Incidentally, I renamed the imap flock patch so that it didn't conflict with
the already existing patch.
