A number of ebuilds in the tree inherits autotools-utils yet mixes it with calls to econf/emake. Recently added failure checking for pushd/popd triggers build failures with them.

Thanks for that tracker. (honestly I never imagined, that even when extensive ebuild example is provied, so many new ebuilds are written plain wrong)

Seems like all deps are closed, so let's finally apply the eclass fix.
