media-plugins/vdr-* still using the i18n language handling
plugins are not converted to xgettext language handling
plugins failed on compile against >=media-video/vdr-1.7.27 ( i18n handling is obsolet)
i18n handling is deprecated since vdr-1.5.9

- contact upstream to fix his plugins 
( timeout for reply, fixing; 2 weeks )
- pmask plugins for removal ( 30 days ) if not fixed by upstream
