Fix for bug 98694 is incorrect.  I can't re-open bugs, and I posted a comment
about a week ago and so far no response so I'm opening a new bug.  This is a
GLSA bug fix, and the fix is rather easy so this emerge probably should get done.

The attempted fix was to add:
addpredict /etc/krb5.conf
to src_install() in php-sapi.eclass
The correct fix is to add it to src_compile()
