iso14755 support in unicode-rxvt, when enabled, makes it do annoying things when
Control and Shift are both pressed at the same time. This makes some key
combinations impossible to type. This patch to the ebuild for version 5.7 (the
latest as of this writing) adds a USE flag to turn iso14755 support on and off.
I think it should default to off, since most people don't use it, but I'm not
sure how to go about that.
