if /var/run/dhcpcd-eth0.pid exists already and you try to run 
`/etc/init.d/net.eth0 start`, it fails ... but at least it tells you why ... 
(the script doesnt mind you, but dhcpcd does)

if /var/run/sshd.pid exists already and you try to run `/etc/init.d/net.eth0 
start`, it fails ... but it doesnt say why.  it just does [ !! ] ...
