dev-perl/acct-6.3.5.ebuild
BSD system accounting utilities from Debian

This is essential stuff. You guys should have had this. I had a choice between the GNU 
package and this. Since Debian is using this, and it looks more "mature," I suggest this 
for the process accounting tools. I am using it and it's working perfectly.

I did not know whether I should attach this as a .tgz or two separate files.
