When performing emerge unmerge <package>, emerge should list all the packages
that require <package>.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type "emerge unmerge" for a given package.
2. A listing of packages that will break as a result of the removal is not given.

Actual Results:  
Such a listing was not given.

Expected Results:  
Such a listing should have been given.
