Description Jamie Saker 2005-06-22 08:44:08 UTC
configure: error: *** compiler cannot create working executables, check
config.log ***

!!! Please attach the config.log to your bug report:
!!! /var/tmp/portage/openssh-4.1_p1/work/openssh-4.1p1/config.log

!!! ERROR: net-misc/openssh-4.1_p1 failed.
!!! Function econf, Line 485, Exitcode 0
!!! econf failed
!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.

(config.log attached below)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uD world
2. hits openssh build
3. runs thru config stage and fails; config.log shows lots of conftest.c
failures; not sure if this is critical or not

Actual Results:
emerge broke

Expected Results:
openssh should have been built
