Two licenses that are in portage are the same: MIT and MetaKit. The later could be removed in favor or MIT. See URL for discussion about it.

Currenlty affected ebuilds:

dev-db/metakit/metakit-2.4.9.2-r1.ebuild
dev-db/metakit/metakit-2.4.9.3-r2.ebuild
