Description Jonas Bofjäll 2005-06-14 07:15:26 UTC
After emerging binutils-2.16.1 (~x86), the symlinks
in /usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin still points to the old, nonexistent binutils
directory under /usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/binutils-bin.

This of course causes binutils to fall outside $PATH since this is one of the
symlink steps from /usr/bin. I had to manually correct the links in order to
use as(,gcc,emerge).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=~x86 emerge -uO binutils
2. watch emerge break :)
