x11-base/xorg-x11-6.8.2-r2 failed to compile with:
gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `as': No such file or directory


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
 * Setting MakeDllModules to NO.                                          [ ok ]

Building Release 6.8.2.

I hope you checked the configuration parameters in ./config/cf
to see if you need to pass BOOTSTRAPCFLAGS.

Went back to binutils-binutils-2.16.1-r1, and xorg compiles fine now
