When I try to emerge sandbox (sandbox-1.2.9) on AMD64. I get an error. Somewhere in the error it also states that I should disable sandbox if that problem occurs but even if I do that, the same error message with the same notification to disable sandbox while building sandbox. It seems to have to do with BUG 95928. Fixing that will fix this bug
