This ebuild adds support for Volito2 tablets. The kernel must be patching accordingly for it to work but, if it's not, other tables shouldn't have any problems at all. A detailed HOWTO is available on the forums: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-2478951.html

Created attachment 62841 [details, diff] Kernel patch against linux-2.6.12-gentoo-r4 Much more self-contained than the 2.6.11 one. Note that you now have to use /dev/input/mouseX instead of /dev/input/mice in your xorg.conf.
Created attachment 70236 [details, diff] linuxwacom-0.7.0-volito2_2.6.13-gentoo-r3.patch 0.7.0 is out and natively supports Volito 2. Only the kernel patch is required now. It just upgrades wacom.c to the one provided in the linuxwacom-0.7.0 package and adds 2 lines to hid-core.c.

Adding kernel to CC. I'm not sure what your guys' policy is on adding patches like this.

Neither the 0.6.9 nor the 0.7.0 ebuilds work for me. The both give me the same error message and I haven't a clue as to what to do next. .oOo. checking whether -lc should be explicitly linked in... no creating libtool checking for processor type... i686 checking for kernel type... Guy, 1)you must have your current kernel sources configured AND BUILT into /usr/include/linux. run a "make bzImage". 2)if you enable the "sdk" flag, it must be enabled for xorg-x11, too. enable it and recompile xorg-x11.
0.7.2 has been in the tree for a while.
